We went to Charmingfare Farm last Friday (June 27th). Here is my review....
Parking: There is plenty
Gate/Admissions: [$$$$$] Helpful and Kind
Birthday Parties: Yes
Bathrooms: Port-o-potties. No running water to wash your toddler's hands. (**Update: An anonymous reader did write a comment that there is running water by the pigs and sheep. I did not see the sinks, but I will go back and update this posting as soon as I do. Thank you for the correction) No changing tables. They do provide antibacterial hand lotion at certain stations.
Cleanliness of Park: Okay. Some rough terrain if you are using a stroller. There are some wooded areas to navigate through. A lot of animals for the children to enjoy. If you don't like seeing wild animals in cages this may not be the park for you.
Store: Lots of trinkets and stuffed animals. They do have a cooler in the back with water, etc.
Overall: Nice, would go again! There are a lot of picnic tables in nice shady places if you choose to bring your lunch. My son was happy and he loved the tractor ride.

I liked the play area, the pirate ship climbing area. Gave me a chance to rest in the shade (picnic table), while my energy filled daughter got to climb and run. - Karen Rix, Hooksett, NH
Just to help future visitors, there actually is running water over by the pigs/sheep... there are 2 sinks. There's hand soap at the petting zoo and in the port-o-potty's.
I visited earlier this summer with my 3 and six year old. I thought the admission was rather high for a farm. It would've been more acceptable if the pony ride, tractor ride and hay ride were included, but they are all priced separately. The day I was there it was too hot for pony rides so maybe there is a benefit to a separate ticket price. Keep in mind it is a farm with lots of animals and lots of flies, my kids didn't like that part.
